Mulch/Fill request: At the park In front of building address is 154 W Second St South Boston MA 02127 three tree cutouts on the sidewalk are washed out tripping hazards. Additionally the odor and presence of pet waste is fragrantly offensive. Could someone please fill them in level with fill or mulch to prevent tripping and pet waste issues?
