shrub is encroaching on sidewalk

Ilegal parking. I can’t leave my parking lot.

Constituent states that there is rat poison on the sidewalk, constituent is requesting a pick-up, please assist. | Type of debris: [Other] Cars parked on the street: [No]

The Anchorage in Charlestown has custom “resident only” parking signs on a public street. The signs do not indicate you have to be a resident of that building. We have a Boston resident sticker and parked there. We came back out and the building had put a large sticker in the middle of our windshield that we could not remove. The signs need to indicate that it is specific to that building and not for Boston resident stickers. They also should not be vandalizing people’s cars with stickers on the middle of someone’s windshield.

Both of these cars have been parked for more than 10 minutes and one appears to be blocking a bike box
