The noise has been occurring after 11 PM and continues, preventing sleep despite use of earplugs. This appears to be a recurring issue and is significantly disruptive during designated quiet hours. There are open snow removal request going back as far as 8 YEARS AGO, and that's just on Upland Ave, not including the rest of the city. Thank you
