39 Hartford Street is an abandoned home in disrepair reported in the past. We sent Boston 311 pictures of a man we saw obviously staying at this abandoned house. The COB and ISD responded to our complaints and held the owner accountable and had home completely boarded up. For that, we thank you. New: The house/property has continued to decline with roofing tiles blowing off into the yard. We can see large HOLES in roof. Today we saw 3 men at the house (might have been owners)? They attempted to remove the board from the front door but failed. They removed a board from the first floor window. They eventually entered the front door and went inside for several minutes. When they left, they put the board back on the front door but FAILED TO BOARD UP THE WINDOW. Now the house is open to vagrants again.

The intersection of East 8th and Old Harbor just got redone. Crosswalks have not been painted yet and these black Nissan Altima continues to park up on the curb blocking what should be the crosswalk.

Pothole was “fixed” but brown water is now leaking onto the street and is effecting my water supply in my apartment. Was not happening before it was “fixed”

Constituent reports that the road around a Boston Drain manhole in front of 570 Tremont St looks like it is going to cave in. Constituent states that the road is fractured, starting from the manhole cover and reaching the curb. They also stated that there is a hole the size of their hand in the road that they can see a few feet down undereath.
