Huge pot hole

Missing street sign at fawndale and Washington in Roslindale. Someone has taken the street sign down for fawndale

Intersection always gets blocked preventing traffic from moving. The left turn from boylston street to park drive always gets blocked by traffic every light cycle. The green left arrow has to wait until the light on boylston inbound turns green so that traffic can continue to move. This has been an enormous issue since one of the two inbound lanes was closed for construction. Please put up signs/paint or have traffic cop to prevent this turn from being blocked. It is so frustrating!

Both sides of the sidewalk on Dorchester Ave are covered with snow people are having hard time walking because of all of the snow
