Everyday, 20 times a day, the hop on hop off trolleys park infront of the crosswalk and stop light. They sit there for 5 minutes at a time, blocking the view of the signal as well as on coming cars. They need a different route. Very dangerous for pedestrians and its illegal to block the signage/crosswalk.

Multiple rodent sightings have occurred inside the building, including in hallways and near shared spaces. Mouse droppings have been observed in common areas, indicating an active infestation. The problem appears persistent and has not been adequately resolved. This is creating unsanitary and unsafe conditions for residents.
