8 West Bellflower operating as an AirBNB. Spoke with one of the tenants who arrived yesterday while I was outside doing snow removal. We are a private street and we do not want AirBNB operating and bringing disturbance to myself and the other neighbors. City Hall help line recommended we file report here and over the phone.

No snow removal in park that people walk through. Not even the bare minimum. Embarrassing and shameful. Almost two weeks after the snowstorm! Don’t even get me started on the potholes in the streets. Where are my taxes actually going?

Mattress dumped in street

Unauthorized mechanical exhaust vent installed through my exterior brick wall / party wall without my consent or any permit. Brick masonry was cut and later crudely infilled with expanding foam. Work appears to have been performed by an adjacent property or contractor terminating a vent onto my property. This compromises fire separation, masonry integrity, and weatherproofing. 6497807 existing case number. Photos here. This masonry must be repaired and vent renovated to above roofline or to rear of their own building. No one can trespass on my property without permission. I took possession of this just in Jan 23rd. I went away for a week and came back to this. Unacceptable.
