How is a person with a wheelchair supposed to get around when the ramp is covered in snow?

the east sidewalk of the bridge on cambridge over mass pike in allston is piled with snow and ice

I work downtown and have seen heavy equipment removing snowbanks in the road and on the sidewalks around Government Center and Downtown Crossing four out of the past six business days since the storm. At the same time, I've yet to see any evidence that any snow removal has occurred on the sidewalks since last Monday, and in particular the city and MBTA owned sidewalks remain poorly cleared. Please send some equipment to clear the sidewalks and crosswalks that serve the Reservoir and Cleveland Circle stations and to clear the roadways so that visibility of pedestrians is not compromised by 6 foot high snow banks.
