Black SUV parked in tow zone and is directly in front of driveway making turns dangerous and difficult

Apartment Building on Stonley Road Constantly has their dumpster in the street over night, occupying public parking spots.

Loose trash and debris in backyard and along back fence. There are red plastics cups , empty beer cans and old cardboard debris around. Most of the litter is along fencing. Red plastic cups. Also loose trash around trash barrels

Loose trash in 1st tier of front grass by bushes. There are a pair of discarded black shoes and a face mask sitting on the front grass there

This is a continuation of the recent report number #BCS-00139099. I told the lady on the phone that my apartment number is 313. There's loud dog barking and it's almost midnight. It's coming from one of my neighbors. The lady that handled the intake over the phone did not write down the apartment number apparently and left the description box blank. She also would not verify the address i gave her after i asked her to, forcing me to pull it out of her. And she still got it wrong apparently by leaving the apt number out, which she could have easily put in the description box.

Street lights at 43 Freeland Street are out

Car has been parked in front of 15 Mallet Street since the beginning by of December when Street cleaning ended. It has a Reject sticker and is filled to the brim with bags, furniture, clothes. It received a ticket but has yet to be moved. It does not get cleaned during snowfalls. Mallet Street is one of the rare two way streets in this neighborhood. That means that it is a tight, narrow road and parking spaces are limited. Residents who live on this street should not have to deal with abandoned cars.
