Food from after trash pick up

Broken railing, broken pavement on steep incline. Someone almost fell today. Photos attached show the problems. Other photo shows property markers of abutting neighbors. Walkway is located between 12 May Street and 22 May Street

There's a store front for a closed store called International Grocery Inc. on a corner of Washington and Archdale that has been possibly damaged and it has not been repaired or sealed properly, only covered up by a large blue tarp. It has been like this for at least 2 years, for sure as long as I have lived on Archdale. It's unsightly and makes the area look blighted and uncared for, and it is highly visible coming from Forest hills driving south on Washington. Could this be turned into a real store, or closed up with brick or a mural or something if it's not going to be rented out? Thank you!
