There is a dispensary at the corner of Washington and Archdale Rd in Roslindale where people are parking illegally daily. The primary issue is that it makes it incredibly difficult to turn onto Archdale Rd safely while avoiding the vehicles illegally parked on both sides. Furthermore, people speed down the street as they depart throwing their trash out the window.

Poor Condition of Property - rodents and birds feed out of uncovered trash barrels. City ordinance requires covers to tightly close trash barrels. Sanitary code states that no more than 1 CY of rubbish and debris can be left uncontained on a property. Have attempted multiple times to have conversations with this homeowner but they refuse to clean up and cover barrels.
