The electrical issue has persisted for 4 months without a permanent fix. Despite today's professional report confirming a 'Short Circuit' and 'Faulty Breakers', the management(Youzi House) refused to provide emergency relocation or alternative housing. They are forcing us to live in a unit with a confirmed fire hazard. This is a severe violation of the Implied Warranty of Habitability.

Non-resident parking on Saint Stephens Street (between Symphony Road and Gainsborough Street) CONTINUES to be a PROBLEM! Non-resdents routinely our Street for open parking making it especially difficult for resident needing parking with our current snow conditions. Today there were 2 cars with our-of-state plates parked side by side for HOURS...no parking staff monitoring the street. Makes it very difficult especially for senior citizens to unload/parking their vehicles. This reported last year and was better...but only for about one month! GRT ON THIS...and be CONSISTENT!!
