City owned light pole that is damaged and likely to fall. Needs to be replaced before it fails.

The neighboring property’s snow removal company pushed snow to the top of the driveway instead of properly removing it. This has resulted in ice formation. As the snow melts and refreezes, the driveway becomes increasingly unsafe and hazardous. This is a recurring issue following snow events.
