I found these crack pipes parked alongside an illegally parked vehicle that Ive complained about pnultiple Again, Marcy Rd has to be the worst street im Massachusetts. I found these next to an illegally parked car that Ive been complaining about on multiple occasions!

I’m a resident who lives on 360 princenton st it’s very difficult trying to park and there’s a vehicle who don’t live in this streets and been parked for at least 4 weeks already and no one has came to move the vehicle knowing that it don’t belong to this street and takeing others who do lives here the parking plate number is 5pcy73
