Please arrange for the removal of the snowbank in front of these homes, as it is creating parking difficulties and restricting access for cars and buses on the street.

White sedan parked overhanging my driveway by about 18 inches. City law requires 2 feet clearance from any driveway. So parked about 3.5 feet too close to ours. We cannot negotiate a turn when cars are parked opposite side of street 1 foot from curb due to snow etc. This driveway is for 12 units. Essential workers. Cops firemen nurses airline workers. Its been there at least 4 hours. Please tow

The sidewalk in front of 10 Gloria Road in West Roxbury remains un shoveled since the snow on Monday. Further this house has been effectively abandoned for years. Lawn not mowed, leaves not picked up, front steps effectively deteriorated.

Please empty the trash

I tripped and fell, injuring myself, on the sidewalk in front of the Jacob Worth building last night. (I park at the LUKA st garage). This morning I saw that I had tripped on a bolt that’s sticking 2-3” above the sidewalk. It’s directly in the middle of where people walk, especially with all the snow making the path smaller. I looked this morning and there were two or three around. This is incredibly dangerous for elderly, children or pregnant women. Please take care of this or mark this asap.
