Dear Michelle Wu, Just took mBTA orange line from Forest Hill’s to state street station. 3 fellow commuters. 7 apparent homeless sleeping with their belongings in the train car. Have we no cold shelters?

Live on dead end st. Instead of plow pulling snow down pushed it straight up and left a compact wall of snow in front of houses blocking street and burying fire hydrant. Unacceptable people can’t leave their homes

I feel that tropical food should be fined for wrongful disposal of the Snow to a handicap person I have no one to help shovel me out of my parking space
