    IRON RIM NEEDS REPLACING: The cover has started to move away from the manhole bc no one has yet come to repair or replace the iron rim that held the cover in place. This is an update to my report made 7 days ago, case 101006549465. Guys moved the cover back in place then, but not the rim & without the rim the cover creeps off the hole as cars drive by. It is a very deep hole! Location: 29-39 Yale Terrace but on the even-numbered side of the street, which is a vacant lot.
