White Toyota 7yp435 parked illegally. Too far away from the curb. Makes it difficult to pass as cars parked on both sides of the street.

The owner of the building at 5 Holden Row Charlestown began significant demolition and construction prior to obtaining a building permit. Construction crews have not taken remedial action related to hazardous materials. Due to the age of the structure, it is suspected that the residents may have been exposed to asbestos and other hazardous materials. The owner has ignored residents' concerns.
