Pedestrian sign has been ran into knocked over

The new Warrendale Appliance store at 781 Centre Street in Jamaica Plain installed some illegal and obnoxious, large, moving, flashing, lighted neon window signs in all its windows. These signs are: a violation of Boston City code for sign standards which do not allow such signs in business districts such as Centre Street. Additionally, these flashing signs face three historic buildings and one historic District (Sumner Hill neighborhood) which also prohibit such signs. The flashing signs are on 24 hours a day and add confusion and distraction at a major Centre Street intersection. Neighborhood representatives have gone in to speak directly with the management of Warrendale Appliance several times since the store opened about these inappropriate signs but the manager reported that he does not control when the signs are on, only the out-of-town owner controls them and has chosen to ignore many complaints from surrounding residents. I am assuming the owner has not gotten the required Boston Inspectional Services Department permit for these permanent signs. Thank you for your assistance with this issue.

2 out of the 4 “No Turn on Red” signs have disappeared from the intersection of Dot Ave and Savin Hill Ave

I’m at 83 Gordon St, and our heat/hot water has been out all day due to an issue with the boiler. Maintenance came by to drop off a space heater but said there will be no hot water all weekend (see attached photo).

Sidewalk snow still not shoveled to the point that it is impossible for pedestrians to walk on the sidewalk.
