Illegally parked car

Resident repeatedly vomiting out window of 129 Brainerd Rd, Allston. Vomited multiple times into the alley between buildings 129 and 119. Buildings are close together and people often walk through the alley. This is a public health hazard and needs inspection or intervention.

Multiple vehicles parked on sidewalk, obstructing easy traffic passing without driving over opposite sidewalk.

I would like to reiterate that I have already submitted a complaint regarding this issue, which was closed under the assumption that the work would be completed by Friday. However, the work is still ongoing. While one permit allows work from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., another group is operating from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. As a result, there are effectively no quiet hours for residents. This continuous schedule is unreasonable and directly impacts our ability to rest. It is difficult to understand how overlapping permits were approved in a way that eliminates any meaningful downtime for the neighborhood. I respectfully request that this situation be reviewed and adjusted so that residents are guaranteed a reasonable period of quiet. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
