Road has not being plowed or salted. Cars are slinging on roads.

Illegally parked vehicle

Just after 6 pm in front of capital one bank cafe on Boylston at Exeter; was pushing my wife’s manual wheelchair during at the tail end of the 2/7 snowstorm with blowing snow … I did not see a huge hold in the sidewalk . Unfortunately my wife’s chair went into the hole and pitched her forward; because she was seatbelted and I was able to stop the downward movement - she was not thrown to the ground; unfortunately the force of her chair her and me pushing the chair that came to a sudden and abrupt stop as it went into the hole sheered off one of the front wheels and she is now without mobility and in peril should an emergency arise at home because she effectively has no chair … district 4 bpd suggested I contact you to have the immediate problem remedied re the hold and help me with repairing or replacing my wife’s chair

The esplanade looks horrendous. Looks like dcr never plowed it. The riverside area hasnt been plowed in a month. Looks like someone started it and never finished. I walked through tonight and I understand there would be snow but seriously nothing is done. I did not have my phone but I will take pictures on my next walk. Thank you

I want to remove the noise complaint from 198 poplar st

(Street has not been salted) as the last salter who attempted to come up the street was blocked so he turned around and had not come back since.

Noise complaint at 198 poplar st,Roslindale,ma, 02131. People is throwing a whole party when is not permitted
