Other | Details: [Constituent reports that new restaurant not following the strict rules set out by the licensing board about when and where they are supposed to put their trash, pickup is supposed to happen between 6-7 am but the restaurant is leaving them out all day and not bringing them in until midnight, also reports a black container-barrel thing that seems new. On Sheridan St. in Jamaica Plain, the city dug up a number of sidewalk sections and then patched the work with asphalt, not concrete. Property tax payers on our street should have proper, longterm patches of concrete, not unsightly and soft asphalt at these locations. The city needs to return to these work sites and replace the asphalt patches with concrete.
