    This crane has been here since yesterday taking up at least 4-5 parking spots and stopping street traffic periodically with no police detail. 53 Chestnut had an opting permit yesterday 5/12 but no longer valid. They have also knocked down numerous large tree branches that the parks dept had to come and chop up and remove.
