Liz Breadon and Michelle Wu, how dare you claim progress on snow removal when Cleveland Circle is untouched and unsafe for people trying to cross the street to go about their business or get on the T. As the location of two green line stations that are designed to be accessible by pedestrians, Cleveland Circle must be prioritized for snow clearance on the sidewalks, islands and intersections. Instead you have prioritized plowing the roads so that drivers, most of whom are simply passing through and do not live in the neighborhood, can speed along Chestnut Hill Avenue and Beacon Street. This is an unjust and more importantly dangerous situation. You must prioritize clearing the sidewalks, islands and crossings for the safety and wellbeing of the residents of the neighborhood.

We have shoveled our driveway and fire hydrant 3 times. Snow plows repeatedly push snow into our driveway and up against fire hydrant. Unfortunately, the current pass of the snow plows has dumped ice boulders into our driveway and fire hydrant that we are unable to move. We understand but the snow is still 3 feet out from curb.

I called 311 twice yesterday, and both times I was put on hold, then taken off hold, could hear background office noises but no one was there, and then the line disconnected.

Everyday like clockwork?! Ticket and move these illegally double parked cars!

I Had To Yell 2-3 Tines For The Socks To Be Removed Which I Was Ignored. The Laundry Bin Is Dirty As Well. They Need A New Chef Because Someone Found A Bitten Garlic Bread In Thier Pasta Last Night For Dinner. I Heard The Food Comes From 25 Queen Street Worcester Ma. Disgusting And Gross. Also, The Staff Are Ex Offenders.
