Sidewalk not shoveled as of 6pm on Tuesday night. If residents are required to shovel within 3 hrs why doesn’t the city also clear the sidewalks by their property

Back side of the bus depot (on E 2nd Street) still is not shoveled or salted. If residents are excepted to shovel in front of their homes the property owners of the commercial lot who paid $23.5 million pony up some cash and hire someone to shovel the sidewalks
