Hello. Is it legally allowed that garbage trucks pick the trash up at 1 am in a residential neighborhood? If not, I would like to report Boston Carting Services LLC (1-800-336-DUMP) for doing it every morning between 1 and 3 am.

Angel MBTA Operation Control Center: The Red Cross boxes at Back Bay Clarendon are placed within inches of a residential building and by emergency doors, attracting drug activity, crime, sex and loitering. Seniors cannot safely exit the emergency door as people with needles congregate at the entrance and make threatening comments. Under senior citizen housing and safe home protections, residents have the right to a safe and secure environment. The police have been called many times. These boxes pose a serious safety risk, have no benefit to the MBTA and should be removed immediately before someone gets hurt. | Case (SR) Type: [MBTA] Referred To: [MBTA]
