Okay I trying to figure this one out. 101006398287 that 311 posted about an out of State vehicle from New Jersey with the plates still attached to the car has a Resident parking sticker. How is that possible?? I always thought that you need to register your vehicle from another state within a month can’t wait to see this response from 311

Stop sign down for over a month. I reported this to 311 a month ago. The downed stop sign is at the busy crosswalk at an intersection near two universities and Boston Latin High School.
