No Trash Picked up on the entire Homestead St

CITY INSPECTORS REFUSED TO FAIL MY UNIT FOR DEFECTIVE HEATERS/AC UNIT, SPARKING FUSE BOX, DEFECTIVE BATHROOM VENT, OTHER ISSUES... MY RENT IS PAID, IM DOMESTIC VIOLENCE VICTIM AND THE SLUMLORD LANDLORD, STAFF, RESIDENTS ARE THREATENING MY LIFE ALONG WITH CITY INSPECTORS.... THESE PEOPLE ARE ASSOICIATED MEEKMILL SQUADS THAT DOING ANTIGOVERNMENT, MISSION FIRST HOUSING GROUP, PHILA SHELTER STAFF/RESIDENTS, PHILA OSH/OHS STAFF, ETC.....AGENCIES THAT CONTACTED PHILA SHELTER SYSTEM ON MY BEHALF BUT DIDNT NEED TO/AND THEM NOT TO DUE TO MY BEING ATTACKED BY PHILA SHLETER STAFF WHOSE DOING TRAPHOUSE DRUG DEALING/PEDOPHILES/ANTIGOVERNMENT/SCAM ARTIST/TRYNA MURDER OFF ME AND MY CHILDREN/ROBBING FOLKS, THESE AGENCIES AVE THESE TRAPHOUSE PEDOPHILES MY LOCATION WITHOUT ANY DISLCOSE PAPERWORK BEING GIVEN... IM STARTING TO MOVE MY STUFF OUT ASAP DUE TO THESE ABOVE ISSUES.... Matthew Higgins (neighbor) had trespassed onto my property at 75 Chestnut Hill Avenue (Brighton) and threw his tv box and other trash on my yard. The Brighton Police department told me it was the city’s responsibility to contact Matthew Higgins and told me to submit this complaint with 311. Per the police’s instruction, can you please contact Matthew Higgins and tell him not to litter or dump trash on my property. Thank you.
