Several Boston Budget Plumbing trucks have been occupying Chinatown resident parking spaces, leaving fewer spots for residents. With the library construction already reducing parking availability, this is causing significant strain. Non-resident cars are also regularly parking in resident-only spots. Multiple sightings of a coyote in Jones Hill (Hancock, Downer, Salcombe Streets) nightly.

Lots of roofing material still blowing around from the demolition at 10 Westerly. Lots of trash still all around the property and we're having more big rat sightings as they're most likely nesting underneath the building materials that have been left on the yard since February. Contractors come once every few weeks and basically do nothing. Dumpster has been emptied out just once since the roof demolition. Can ISD please do something about this? Yes, citations have been issued but nothing has changed. Their actions are impacting us. They are obviously not professionals and that was clearly demonstrated by the way the roof was only partially demolished while hurricane strength winds were hitting our area several weeks back. They weren't even using safety equipment. Luckily no one got hurt. The interior structure has been receiving all the rain possibly. Once the roof was removed, it was left wide open to the elements and animals. Do they even have a permit or had ISD done an inspection after the roof demo? Thank you for looking into these issues.

Just saw a dpw with full of trash driving that carries blue police stick going at least 50 mph on handing back to the yard
