Public alley 435 by Clarendon metal and wood dumped

Constituent reports vehicle has been on property for years. States vehicle is being used for homeless and crime activities. Requesting it is removed. | License Plate Info: [NBE837] Exact location: [On Vine Ave side of property Out of state plate on property]

Cars are parking on both sides of Freeport St by the Imprint building. They are taking up half of the lanes going both directions so cars drive in the middle of the street. This is very dangerous and it will cause a head on collisions.

No recycling bin.

Overflowing again

No heat in residence due to HVAC units being unplugged since early September. Condo Association has made no movements to cure, and indoor temps are below 62° at all times, and sub 50° overnight. We’re having to run multiple space heaters which is costly and dangerous while unsupervised. Every unit on the second floor does not have heat, and at least 2 of the units has small children living there.
