People go flying down this street and frequently drive the wrong way up the street. Given that the sidewalks are tiny and in terrible shape, this is dangerous. I've reported it before - please install speedbumps and do something to enforce one-way traffic. The people at #15 are the worst offenders, but a number of the new renters do it now, too.

The sidewalk at this address is still covered in slippery, disgusting leaves. The owners do not take care of the property.
