Improperly stored trash along Greycliff Rd side of house

I live on Highland Street in Roxbury, and there has been “construction” and utility work going on for 7 months now, Monday thru Saturday. This leads to blocking and closing down the road which is extremely inconvenient, I’ve received parking tickets due to parking on streets nearby when I’ve been unable to get to my driveway, and it’s extremely hard to focus when I’m working from home due to the noise. I understand the need to do the work but it has been 7 months, we are now heading into winter and there’s no sign of progress. Every few weeks the cones get updated with a later date like a bad dream.

Overflowing trash. Biweekly issue, many happy rats and squirrels

Come on. When does this stop being a repeat offender and start being recognized as a public health hazard? Overloaded dumpsters. Next to unused ones. It’s insane.
