    Poor ball field conditions. Draper playground has two fields. One is well maintained. The other is in bad shape. Broken fences, holes in the fence behind home plate, no mound, no pitchers block. The base lines have deep ruts. Parkway Little League uses this field for practice.

    I have an emergency habitability issue. My AC unit is leaking 4–5 gallons a day with standing water from a locked maintenance closet and there is severe water damage on the top floor ceiling (I have had my AC turned off for 24 hours), I have a light switch taped off as a fire hazard, and the common area smoke detector has a fault light. The landlord has known for 10 months and is now refusing to provide a repair timeline and stating I'm using "threatening" language for citing sanitary codes and asking for a repair timeline. I need an inspection of the sanitary issues to determine if there is mold and document code violations.
