The street sign at the major intersection by the charles MGH T stop in front of the liberty hotel (327 cambridge street) does not align with the painted arrows or natural traffic pattern. This is a huge issue that causes major confusion for drivers. First, there are really only two lanes, yet the sign displays three arrows. And the left lane is marked (both in the lane and in the lines leading through the intersection) as straight OR right turn. Obviously this lane will be used to turn right as there are two lanes entering storrow. Yet the sign has the left lane marked straight only. Several times I have had drivers who realize they are in the wrong lane on the right of me try to cut into my lane and nearly hit me, thinking that I am only able to go straight but am actually turning. This signage is very confusing and doesn't line up at all with the real traffic pattern. See the screenshot below- in this one screenshot you can see the confusion...there are two lanes, yet three marked. What is the third lane? the bike lane? why is it not marked for bikes then? this sign indicates three car lanes- where?! I am not trying to get into an accident because some tourist comes into town for the first time and god forbid follows the signage put up by the city, then panics because they don't want to enter storrow. Please, fix this.

Cars blocking drive ways

Vehicle parked on crosswalk. If possible and BTD has an officer in the area, could you please tag and tow this ignorant a**hole. Vehicle has been parked here for several hours. Simply no regard for the residents that live in this neighborhood.

Outside the Beverly building needs cleaning - management here does not clean around their buildings at alla people smoke and leave items out front - smells like dog pee and mess and they don’t do anything about it. Please reach out to the management of this building and ask them to clean around their facilities.

Car alarm won't stop going off near Brentwood street possibly athol

Trash dumpsters behind Ward 8 and Beverly building constantly overflowing- people place trash on these dumpsters and rodents are around.

Parking lot on corner near Ward 8 still has not been cleaned . Suitcase has now been here for months as well as other debri. This portal keeps saying resolved and ticketed but items still here and getting worse. Can trash be removed?
