The tennis court in Titus Sparrow Park is increasingly being used as a dog run despite the clear prohibition to come to the court with dogs. Dogs are running around unleashed and defecating on the court. This is a nuisance and the rules of the court should be enforced by the police.

Every single day this truck parks on the sidewalk, leaving me as a handicapped individual unable to pass. This is the 3rd complaint I have made about this situation and nothing has been done. Today there wasn’t even enough room to try and pass. I had to go all the way back down the street and cross. As a handicapped individual this needs to be resolved. The residents of this home have no respect for others.
