Commercial vehicle parking in residential area overnight

Cars are lined up and continually parked right up to the corner of Winton St. in a way that is very unsafe and affects visibility. You cannot see cars coming on or off the street. This is dangerous on a normal day, but with incoming snow it will make the road dangerous and too narrow for the plow. Additionally, people park on both sides where there is a “no parking” sign making the road narrow or completely impassable without snow. Right now there is a line of cars parked and it is hard for one regular car to fit and there is no snow yet.

Not all our recycling was taken - Why do the trash people leave items of trash or recycling every single week? I’m confused why I pay so much in taxes when every single week trash or recycling is not taken, this is not the first time I’ve submitted a report and I was assured this would not continue happening.
