How many times does one have to report something before it gets addressed ? FOR Many Weeks a Commercial Box Truck parked on residential street and leaking diesel fluids

Hi there, I'm not sure if this is the right category for this service request, but I'm writing to report an excessive amount of dog waste on the grassy sides of the Comm Ave mall, specifically on the block between Berkeley St. and Arlington Street. I've seen multiple piles on both sides, but the area on the south side (side with even street numbers) is particularly bad, and—honestly— many appear large enough to possibly be human waste. Would you mind sending a clean-up team to handle the issue? Thank you, I very much appreciate it.
