Armies of rats in the open in the alley affecting walking paths

Car parked over a private driveway. Another car parked illegally across from the same driveway and is on the sidewalk. It is difficult to get in and out of the driveway.

Rodents still very active in the yards of 31 and 33 M street there is still a burrow at 31 even thought the landlord has been notified and holes in the adjoining yard at 33 M street

Emergency response vehicles(fire trucks) cracked and broke the concrete in front of my house at 138 Rowe St, in Roslindale and destroyed my flower bed while putting out a fire 149 Rowe St. this had been an ongoing issue to resolve. Please fix the issue. You can clearly see the indentation from the back wheel of the fire truck
