Bunch of rodents squealing and digging at my back yard at night for a week straight.

Poor conditions of property - has been repeatedly reported for overgrown weeds, trash and construction debris - property appears to be abandoned by owner

Some residence have been saving spots and leaving notes on other residences vehicles being told to not park by their house or block driveway! Driveway had never been blocked!
