Rats living at the sidewalk and front property of 57-61 Strathmore Rd in Brighton. They are especially attracted to the open trash bins at 59 and 61 Strathmore. Entire colony living in the ground in area between 57 and 59 Strathmore.

Now they are screaming from the top of their lungs and making super loud banging noises. Please do soemthing about this. The community could have been peaceful and normal.

They are always so loud from night to early in the morning around 3 to 4am. This need to stop. They are being so inconsiderate of others. Normal people need to sleep and work.

Resident is making awfully a lot of noises way pass midnight. Could still head them with all doors and windows closed.

This morning in between the hours of 12:56am thru 1:30am Bruce Irving returns home making noise that woke ne out of my sleep. There were dropping if objects above my bedroom ceiling abd shortly after the dogs began to drop hard objects as I have complained about in my other complaints above my unit. Mr. Irving showed up at court with Princeton Properties on 8/19/26 to making noise. I am putting on record I have recorded tonight's and several other incidents that back up my claims of noise after quiet hours which is deemed at this point willful and knowing violations.
