Car parked in bus lane during prohibited time on Washington St (approx 5:20pm)

Trash strewn across park. This is one of its better looking days (that’s the only reason why I was able to get in and take a picture.) typically, you can’t even get through the front gate bc it is just blocked with diapers, fireworks, cups, cigarettes and other miscellaneous trash. There are also needle caps on the other side.

Please sweep.

Please sweep the whole corner. They litter all the time from 120 Mount pleasant

Owner has not cut bush that has grown out toward obstructing the sidewalk

Since when is this legal parking? And right in front of the one and only fire hydrant that we have on our dead end street! And btw, the owner of the vehicle has a handicap plaque and IS NOT HANDICAPPED!!!
