Numerous street lights out or inadequate lumens on East Concord Street in the South End at E. Concord and Father Gilday between Father Gilday and Harrison as well as along Harrison Avenue between E. Concord and E. Newton. Area is very dark at night and presents a danger given the Mass & Cas overflow that wanders and drifts to our neighborhood. These street lights need to be serviced, upgraded, or replaced for the safety and security of the tax paying residents in this area.
