every AM this red truck parks on the sidewalk pedestrians walking on the narrow alleyway

Absolutely unacceptable amounts of trash and cardboard on the sidewalk and street. This is my second report on the matter, although this is a regular occurrence of the last four years. First report was closed despite this never being cleaned two days later. Trash and cardboard remain and has accumulated. Unacceptable.
