ISD Violation? Permits? Do “developer” get to do whatever they want in neighborhoods that they do not reside?

Newly installed fences on Beach Street and South Street in the Leather District are way too large. Look at this car with a handicap placard who had to park really far from the curb because the fence makes it impossible to open their car door. How are people supposed to get in and out their cars? Parking is already limited here and now you just made a bunch of parking spots unusable.

There is loose rat bait blocks and pieces in the mulch area. I tried picking up what I could but there’s a lot of small pieces. Property owner should be cited or at least notified to clean it up and monitor their bait boxes better. This is on the corner of Carleton St and Alley 546.

Needle clean up on the corner of Carleton Ct and Alley 546. It is on the corner at the edge of the mulch.
