Multiple times a week cop cars will rip onto this sidewalk between Embassy hotel and Thompson drive in East Boston and use it as their own private roadway when it's clearly a sidewalk. They do this without an apparent emergency since their lights aren't on. Cops are making it unsafe to walk on sidewalks.

Last night I reported a unauthorized car parked in a handicap spot. This car was given a ticket. But this morning the car is still there. It's snowed last night. This handicap spot needs to be shoveled out for safety reasons. Is there anything that can be done like towing this car. Thank you

Rodent Action Plan. My neighbors and I have been dealing with rats and mice in the area for a few months, and would like support from the city however possible. The recent Eversource work to address electrical stability issues in the neighborhood may have driven the rodents to individual homes.

Are trucks allowed to Jake brake at 3am?!? This is the second time in a few weeks I’ve been startled very late and early morning by a truck doing this on surface artery road. Should big trucks even be allowed to cut through leather district and Chinatown? We’re a quaint little neighborhood - 18 wheelers shouldn’t be in the middle of the neighborhood like that? Too dangerous for them and pedestrians!
