Man on Farragut in black shirt, black hat and jeans is walking around the park and rink area with a bag of food and throwing large quantities on the ground to feed squirrels and pigeons. This also provides food for mice and rats and is attracting them. We have a large enough problem within this area with rats and mice as is. This needs to be monitored and stopped please. Please bait area.

Hundreds of rats surrounding this property (and the ones nearby). Visible droppings and burrows everywhere. These houses don’t cover or take out trash regularly and the problem is getting out of control.
