Noise from business at night, including construction, lasting till early in the morning

Same vehicle was left here for a long period of time 2 months ago. Car has been abandoned now for almost 3 weeks and doesn’t move. Please ticket & tow away this is not a personal garage. Parking is very tight as is. Please send out the abandoned vehicle unit to assess.
