My food waste curbside collection did not happen today, even though I had my bin outside all day. I live at 14 E Springfield St, Boston, 02118

Trash was put out on time but not picked up. This is the second time in two weeks that this has happened.

The grass is continually missing resulting in bare, muddy and unsightly area which is the entrance to The Common at Avery St and Tremont. It needs dirt to fill in the swale and either seed or sod all the way down the hill on either side of the paved walking path. This has been an ongoing problem for years and is an embarrassment for our neighborhood on Avery Street and all the visitors staying at the Ritz and nearby hotels. Please repair now and on an annual basis every spring. Thank you!
