I am hoping to request a replacement of a faded street sign in the front of our building that states "NO PARKING Toddler drop off/pick up 8:00am-5:00pm" to ensure safe and efficient access for our families. Our program services young children who are frequently dropped off and picked up for playgroup, sessions, and evaluations throughout the day, and the current parking sign makes it difficult for our families and staff to safely load and unload children due to the other operating businesses in the area. I have attached a photo of the current sign to support this request and can provide any additional information if needed. Thank you for your assistance. To add to this - the blue Jeep Grand Cherokee that belongs to the residents is often parked on the street and not within their new off street parking spot. So, not only did the residents eliminate at least one spot with their driveway, they’re also taking up another spot instead of using the one they created in their backyard. 311 - what is the remedy for this? There have been a lot of complaints about this property. Who can we contact to fix an issue that never should have been created?

Reckless driver. Driver attempted to rear end our car when they pulled out of street to make a turn in a lane that we were driving in. They proceeded to lay on their horn and scream profanities at our car for 2 blocks on Dudley street.
