Hello, We have been dealing for the past month with very loud undergraduates Neighbors at 108 Peterborough Street unit 3E. It seems to start with that the Owner is not abiding by the condo docs as he rented his unit to undergraduates which are not allowed in the building. He has been fined for the past month and half. I have been raising it to the management company who just said they are fining the owner. However, this cannot continue this way. We urge you to take action as we are sleepless and we do have a toddler who is waking up frightened because of the loud noise/music and slamming of doors.
