The city completed construction at the intersection of E. Cottage St and Pleasant St. last year, which included installing new parking signs and spaces. However there is a no parking sign in front of 252 E. Cottage that is inconsistent with the new signs/ construction. After receiving a couple parking tickets I appealed to the Parking Clerk's office who agreed the signage was inconsistent and removed the tickets. I was told to contact 311 to request that the old no parking sign in front of 252 E. Cottage St. be removed. For proof, attached is a picture of the parking appeal decision and the new orientation and signage now in front of 252 E. Cottage St. where there is a sign that says parking allowed and a no parking sign right next to each other. Thank you

Private construction equipment parked in resident parking spots across the street from the actual construction site rather than on the site itself. This is a nightly occurrence at this site yet nothing is being done to address this. Please have the owner Ronan 953 Construction move the vehicle and ticket the site
