City of Boston Public Works Department, I am writing to report a serious safety concern related to snow removal at Rockvale Circle in Boston, specifically affecting the area around 52 Rockvale Circle. Snow has been piled up in the center of the circle, creating a significant fire and emergency access hazard. Due to this accumulation, fire trucks, ambulances, police vehicles, and other emergency responders are unable to safely or effectively enter the circle and access the surrounding residences, including 52 Rockvale Circle. This condition poses a serious risk to public safety and requires prompt attention. The snow piled in the center of the circle needs to be removed to restore full access for emergency vehicles. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

There has been 2 cases prior to this that states the job was completed. Gentleman asked that we plow and salt up to the sidewalk. |

Two Priscilla road in Brighton have not shoveled this part of the sidewalk yet

Curb needs to be shoveled. Impassible.

Mbta #1 bus stops are not shoveled out. Only way to get on the bus is to stand in the street, which is pretty dangerous here on Mass Ave.

Bobcat vehicle is parked on the sidewalk at the Fenway T stop and is inaccessible to wheelchair users.

L street in south Boston was cleared good job but now people are parking about 4-5 feet from the snow bank while others dug out a spot to the curb. There is a lane and half for 2 way traffic. Where are the big snow removal trucks ??
