This tree was planted 4 years ago. First couple years did great. I watered regularly and fertilized, with mulch. Last year the leaves were very sparse and it looked sick. Same happening again this year. Is there an arborist that could take a look at it?

We need our old trash can picked up and thrown away. The trucks broke the handle and top so it's useless now with the trucks and we had to purchase a new one.
