Across the street from 100 Clarendon pole needs a light fixture

There is dangerous litter and debris by the pedestrian cross walk both solid and liquid on 360 WESTERN AVENUE BRIGHTON,MA 02135 at the BRIGHTON MILLS MALL by the MCDONALDS entrance and drive-thru area.I was injured and the area has a bad odor and is difficult to navigate if you are elderly or disabled like I am. I was injured and almost runover by speeding vehicles, the drivers coming out of the MCDONALDS drive-thru today and threatened for having my phone to record these safety hazards. Please examine the area and issue a citation.The MCDONALDS on 360 WESTERN AVENUE. in BRIGHTON,MA needs an inspection a.s.a.p.terrible customer service during this dangerous summer 2026 weather. Bruce Irving's dogs are dropping bones/toys over my u it while I am trying to sleep. I have been woken out of my sleepso many nights I can't count at this point. The constant disruptions in his unit is making it unhabitable for me to live in my unit in peace. From him stopping around in hard shoes and his dogs running and barking and breaking the noise ordinance this is truly not a habitable place to live. Please get Inspectional Services to come out and take care of the noise issue and animal services to give him a citation because this is still happening and no one is doing anything at all. Princeton Properties knows it is happening and does nothing to stop it.
