    Good morning. I will not identify myself; I simply wish to file a complaint. I am not sure if I am in the right place, but I live on Stanwood St in Dorchester, MA. Every week, we have no peace because, at house number 156 on the same street, they throw parties every single week. All the neighbors have already complained; we call the police every week, but they never show up. This situation is becoming unbearable—it is loud Spanish music every Saturday and Sunday, and it is getting truly exhausting. If you are unable to take any action, could you please direct me to where else I might file a complaint? Furthermore, they drink and leave beer bottles on the sidewalk without cleaning up the trash; by Monday, there is a massive amount of litter in the street. We are living through a situation that is simply not normal. I hope you will take this matter into consideration and address the landlord of this property at 165 Stanwood St, Dorchester.
