This is the third 311 call on this matter pothole in street now the size of a cone and it’s 3 feet deep. This is a severe safety hazard for pedestrians and vehicle vehicles. this pothole is in the street in front of 24 School St. this needs immediate attention.

For many years I have been calling the manager of this apartment building, I even filed a complaint with the city for rodents and mold issues, however nothing ever really resolves due to retaliation from the upper management who than increase your rent, or refuses to sign forms for any assistance to help families in need of financial assistance. They will tell you that they will not help if you do not cooperate with them in any way would be the first sentence. However they increase rent, and refuse to provide a healthy living situation, I have been living under a roof that I inhale so much second hand smoke that comes through the vents, windows hallways, and closets, rats crawl inside walls and bite through composites of floors, the bathrooms always smells of molds residue from the wood floors that has nothing that prevent water from entering the holes inside toilets and bath, the bathrooms always smells tubs always look dark and reaks of mildew even after being cleaned everyday. Bugs enter the homes without doors or windows being opened, despite the windows looking nice from the outside in the inside the are cracked and crumbling from the highest of human reach. The fire alarm has been going off for so many years they no tenant goes outside anymore when they ring due to the number of false alarm system and the number of times the fire department has made there way here to just simply turn them off, if there were ever a real fire no tenant would go outside. For so many years it has been some sort of false alarm. People from all over come here to dumb their trash in the open dumpsters and we who live here do not have anywhere to throw our trash, they dumb, mattress, refrigerator, beds, everything. At one point the garbage truck were making their rounds here and receiving money from people for taking their things illegally. We had 2 very big coyotes that lived in the back of the wooded area at night 9pm they would roam the parking lot, very scary when people would come home from work. They would attack the rabbits/ducks. I have a maintenance closet that has a hvac that has a filter that’s probably has never been changed, and on the side of the machine lived a dead rat. But the owner of the whole property of Gerathy does not care how the tenants live, because he lives nice, comes around in his Bentley while he refuses to fix the problem.
