I am a resident (renter) at 27 Maverick Square, East Boston, and I am writing to request a formal safety inspection of the building’s structures. I have significant concerns regarding the structural integrity of the multi-tiered wooden decks specifically, but honestly I’m not sure what is/is not being kept up on. It’s very difficult to get any information from the condo association. There is visible, extensive wood rot on several of the balconies. Because these are individually owned condo units—some of which have been unoccupied and unmaintained for years—there is no uniform upkeep, and the overall safety of the tiered system appears compromised. Furthermore, the building sustained a massive flood approximately 1.5 years ago, and I am concerned about the long-term impact that water damage may have had on the building's load-bearing components. Could a building inspector please visit the site to evaluate whether these decks and the general structure are currently sound and compliant with city safety codes?

This Subaru from New Jersey (NJ P25 WRY) is a chronic offender/abuser, not only are they abusing the parking law, they are probably also illegally, evading Massachusetts EXCISE TAX, by not declaring their car as garaged in Massachusetts.
