    There is large bag of litter located by the M.B.T A. shuttle buses at SUTHERLAND ROAD stop on the GREEN LINE B BOSTON COLLEGE TRAINS.I dont know who it belongs to but it has been there all day today by parked vehicles and the yellow crosswalk while I was waiting for my shuttle bus and has made me and the small children in my family sick.Please examine and remove the waste.     Dumping into Boston Harbor. 2 men Parked Illegally (clear signage). 1 man exited car and quickly went to wall and dumped a bucket full of (black or dark brown) material into Boston Harbor. Is this permitted? (Car/plate also pictured.)
