There is a severe, daily rodent infestation on Copeland Street in Roxbury, with large rats frequently visible in broad daylight. This poses a significant public health and safety hazard, particularly for children playing outside their homes and in the two adjacent parks. We urgently request comprehensive rodent control services covering the entire street, including front yards, backyards, and porches

Due to incorrect grading of the street, Rain water collects in street making 75 foot long 6 foot wide puddle that does not drain but is forced to slowly evaporate taking days. Its in front of my house at 9 fresno st roslindale mass.

I’ve noticed there has been no Thursday Trash Pick-ups at 73 Reading Street. The City of NY Boston Trash website confirms there should be Thursday Pick-ups. Can you please be sure a truck comes by on Thursdays? Thank you!
