Dumpster on the street

Every day at 2:30 our street is blocked by parents picking up kids at St Theresa’s school. Parents park in the street and walk away from their cars. A parked car blocking the middle of a narrow street blocking a fire hydrant. Someday this will cause a serious emergency issue.
