Un shoveled sidewalk weeks after storm

I understand that the town needs to remove all the snow from the Rutherford parking lots, but the noise that is coming from the machine melting the snow is very loud and annoying to listen to. It’s 10:30pm and they are still out there. This is Charlestown, there are curfew on how late work can go till.

Trash can overflow and rodent sighting

The residents at 24 P Street, South Boston, keep putting their trash out on the street and not in bins. Most of the time they have the trash in paper bags that can’t be tied shut. Their trash ends up all over the block, especially on windy days.

Illegal parking. No residence sticker. Car has not moved since January 23.

The pedestrian sign in the middle of the road was hit and run over. Please replace it. This is a busy crosswalk next to two elementary schools.

Needles

The sidewalk needs to be shoveled more. It is supposed to have a 42" path clear of snow. Currently it is only about 12" which is not wide enough for strollers or wheelchairs
