Management has been made aware of rodent activity since December. Approximately 10 snap traps finally placed in March. Giant structural entry points have not been addressed, massive piles of rodent feces have not been cleaned up in abandoned storage units in basement that now smells. Rodents have been reported inside tenant units as well as in the floor/ceilings between them.

Litter in driveway

There is a huge pothole located in front of the parking lot of the building where I live (14 Heron Street, West Roxbury, MA 02132). There are two parking lots, but I am referring to the one at the back of the building. The pothole can’t be seen because of all the water that is surrounds it. This pothole damaged my car and, if it hasn’t already damaged other cars, it certainly will.

Litter in street

There is an abandoned 4 door white Nissan with no plates that has been dumped in a firelane on Draper Road at the corner of Neponset Valley Pkwy and Truman Parkway. The car has been there for almost 3 weeks now.

Pack of 3 large coyotes sighted tearing a small animal apart last night, (4/17). This was near 7 Bardwell St., Jamaica Plain.
