    My Grandmother is 93 years old living on the 3rd floor of 6 Kenilworth St in Roxbury. Her Elevator have been out of order for over a month. Management have been giving the run around about what is taking so long for it to be fixed. This is unacceptable. If my grandmother has to go grocery shopping or to the doctor's what's is she supposed to do about going up and down to the 3rd floor at 93 years old. She can't even go to church and have been stuck in the house for over a month because she can't do the stairs with her bad knees. Can some PLEASE be done ASAP
