    These are the trash bins from citrus and salt. Overflowing. Daily. Making a huge mess with the birds. They need more bins and they need to close the tops.

    Every morning, this out-of-state Jeep parks on the sidewalk on Wiggin Street and blocks the handicap ramp on the sidewalk. The driver parks there every night after 10 until 7:30 in the morning.
