They have dug a lot of burrows against the building. At night there are at least 20+ rats running around in the alley back there. The dumpsters in the alley are often open. Requesting inspection.]

Monday 11-2-26. Motorcycle parked illegally. NO RESIDENTIAL PERMIT ON THE MOTORCYCLE. PLATE# IS 3D8154 (Mass plate). Parked near 40 Hancock St, 02114 Beacon Hill. Parks every weekday between 9:30 AM and 4 PM. Person who owns bike does not live in Beacon Hill. Been going on for 6+ months. Please ticket and tow. City of Boston parking dept is not ticketing this motorcycle and is failing to uphold the residential parking permit rules. City of Boston is ticketing other vehicles without a residential permit but is giving special treatment to this motorcycle. Please explain why.

Rodent sighting. Wood and debris is pilled up in the yard, likely contributing to the problem. Possibly running a business in a residential neighborhood
