Construction at the E Berkeley and Harrison Ave intersection is far too loud to be happening at night. The street was dug up at this intersection on almost a nightly basis for about a year in 2023 and 2024. The city needs to notify and compensate residents if they are going to do construction at night.

Lot of scattered trash on 86-89 bailey st

Traffic rules and regulations section 14: prohibits parking a commercial vehicle having a capacity of 1 ton or more for more than one hour between 9pm and 8am. This is a Nissan NV1500 which has a capacity of 2590 lbs, which is more than 1 ton (2000 lbs). Been parked in this street for weeks.
