6:52 am and Bruce Irving's dog's are dropping hard objects on the floor waking me out of my sleep. The Animal Control officer Micheal Stern Badge #107 that came and old me to record it but it is so sporadic there is no way for me to record it. I am asking for this to be resolved. It has been going on for far to long with no resolution. The property will not comply and I am on active litigation with them. There has to be a way to get him and his resident to comply with the noise ordinance in the city. A person shpuld not have the power to make someone else’s life difficult when there are laws and ordinances in place to protect them. I have already been in touch with the State Senator an State Representative for the Brighton area. Needles and homeless trash all over Hayes Park bench

There are currently seven open 311 cases from the last few days concerning a car with out of state plates, no resident sticker blocking a driveway. Yet the city has done nothing. This property has an off street parking space that was approved by the city despite neighbor concerns. Why is this space not being used for this car?
