Part of building broke off.

Tree fallen on car and wires. This property owner has not maintained the lot in years. He happily collects rent from the people who rent parking spots but does not spend a dime to ensure it is safe. The city should hold him accountable.

Request for evaluation of rotted tree trunk Thanks to the crews who cleared the fallen branch so fast! Looking at where the branch broke, the inside of the trunk has a good amount of black rot. Could an arborist please come out and take a look to see if the whole tree needs to be removed? Thank you!

Angell Animal Hospital driveway, stairway and brick wall drains rainwater onto South Huntington Avenue overwhelming sewers and flooding the Avenue across the street from 339 and 343 South Huntington Avenue. The amount of water is excessive and has contributed to flooding and property damage of garden level condos at 339 and 343 S. Huntington Avenue. This is an ongoing issue needs to be addressed asap. It happens almost every time it rains. It’s been happening for over 20 years and has been unaddressed. I have videos that show other areas where water drains from the Angell Animal Hospital. I was unable to attach them.

Rodent activity (large rats) on a nightly basis at this property which houses an eatery. Trash, litter and/or debris at the rear of 347 Centre St. (Rizzo's pizza). They finally moved the uncovered trash barrel that was next to their side door (on the Westerly St side), all the way to the rear of their property next to the dividing fence with 3 Westerly St. They only did this because the barrel tipped over and there's trash all over their yard that fell out of the uncovered barrel. Couldn't be bothered to pick up their trash and now being blown everywhere by the high winds. There is daily, heavy rat activity near and in their barrels every night. They've had multiple restaurant sanitation violations so not sure how they have an A rating at the present time. Just the fact that they leave an open barrel right next to their rear door and employees and patrons throw trash in it would seem to be the basis for an in depth investigation. They never even bother to cover it. The fact of the matter is that they shouldn't even be throwing restaurant/commercial trash in those barrels and then taking it out as residential trash on collection days and then on top of that the # of sanitation violations. Please route to all appropriate departments. Thank you.
