Hasn't got grabbed yet sance Friday, called 311 for Saturday and Sunday. Called Capitol Waste Services, they didnt show up. Had 311 have a pickup for yesterday Monday, nay show ups and now we are in Tuesday. Called 311, they transfered me to Boston Public Works. A lady answered the phone, shared data about mis pickup, put me on hold. They hit the wrong key and ended the phone line on hold.

Handicap parking being occupied with expired handicap card by a non resident.

Sidewalk badly damaged at the corner of Clarendon Street and Appleton Street in the South End. I have personally tripped there twice and fell once. I have seen elderly and children also tripping there. High traffic street, the sidewalk is dangerous and needs to be repaired asap.

Trash pickup wasn’t done this morning Aug 25th in Mission Hill, specifically Calumet St.. It’s move out season and there’s lots of overflowing trash.

Missed trash pick-up at 72 Robinwood Ave., Jamaica Plain MA. Two large white garbage bags bypassed while neighbors' bins were emptied this morning. Same thing happened two weeks ago. Please pick them up before dusk tonight, animals do get at the bags overnight.
