Hello, I have a loud banging heat pipe in my bedroom that my landlord won't fix. I have messaged them several times and received no response. It makes loud banging and ringing noises throughout the night, making it impossible for me to sleep. I would greatly appreciate any insight you can offer as to getting them to fix this.

Wild Animal Issue
100 Beachview Rd, East Boston MA is abandoned, not being taken care of and has full size openings in the building with the windows missing. I have had an infestation of raccoons in my yard, eating my trash. The raccoons are living in the abandoned house and I keep seeing them come in and out if it.
