Yesterday I had a missed trash pickup. I called 311, and they told me to leave the trash cans on the curb for pickup. When I woke up this morning, the trash cans were gone, not just the trash, but both trash cans were gone. I don't see a reason why they would take both cans away. They were in good condition and didn't violate any conditions. Why were they taken away and can they be returned?

Every morning, at almost any point in the morning, parents drop off kids at Little Sprouts. The parents park in a no stopping lane in front of Little Sprouts. When they park in the travel lane turns a high traffic two-lane road into a congested one-lane road. It backs up for several blocks as a result. I’ve never once seen enforcement person here. Please go fix this problem, talk to the business.
