Car parked in no standing area for 3 days. Seems abandoned.

I’m writing again about the broken signpost stub protruding from the sidewalk beside The Loop apartment complex, directly in front of Mattapan MBTA station. I’ve attached a graphic showing the hazard and its location. This is an active walkway used by residents, children, transit riders, and older adults. I have seen someone nearly trip over the stub. It has remained there for months, despite my reports to Boston 311, City Hall, and your office. Please help get the area secured immediately and the stub removed. I would appreciate confirmation of which department is responsible, when the work will be completed, and the case number tracking it. Someone should not have to be injured before this is addressed.
