Last week this was 311’d, and 2 - 70 lb sand bags, that were in picnic area, were dragged to mark/cover the holes, The bags got removed, but the holes remain. A catastrophic life altering leg break could happen here. Note; the two bags of sand would’ve filled the holes, to the twisted ankle level if not to grade.
