Dead mouse was observed next to the Back Bay Station Clarendon Street trash room. The dumpster is overflowing, and black liquid runoff/sludge is present in the driveway area. There are also concerns that waste is being transported by Boston Properties maintenance personnel in open pickup trucks, with liquid reportedly dripping from the vehicles during transport, creating additional sanitation and public health concerns. Two deep holes next to the tennis complex and picnic area. Last week this was 311’d, and 2 - 70 lb sand bags, that were in picnic area, were dragged to mark/cover the holes, The bags got removed, but the holes remain. A catastrophic life altering leg break could happen here. Note; the two bags of sand would’ve filled the holes, to the twisted ankle level if not to grade.
