Dangerous playground fence/area at Rev. Loesch Park. There is sharp exposed chain link fence on the playground surface and a bunch of half cut sharp vine/tree stalks.

They said that while taking out the trash, two rats came at them and tried to attack them. They were not bitten, but the incident has made them worried and afraid to take the trash out. They submitted the report anonymously and is looking for help with preventing this from happening again and addressing the rodent activity around their home.]
