Rats everywhere on Julian st.They have chewed through the trash barrels taken over the public garden and 45 julian st is the cause of them because they constantly have barrels and loose trash overflowing

FIREWORKS NEED TO END My dogs are terrified due to ILLEGAL fireworks and have kept me up 4 nights in a row. The 3rd & 4th are fine but come on now. My dog is going to die of an anxiety attack and so am I over being woken up and worrying him. He won’t leave under my bed, won’t eat, drink, go the bathroom. WU can you help with anything us residents actually care about? Maybe like our livelihood for those of us who actually work and pay your tax dollars ????
