It wouldn’t be safe for me to take a photo. 12-20 guys regular loiter on the bottom of Bailey Street, blocking the sidewalk, smoking, drinking, playing loud music. Their cars don’t seem to be ticketed despite not having parking tickets. They leave excessive trash all over.
