Across from 23 Snow Hill St, Boston, MA 02113. Chain fully rusted through this bike has been here for over 6 months and falls on cars.

I am reporting a missed trash pickup on Wayne Street in Dorchester. I contacted 311 yesterday and was advised that a crew would return today to address the missed pickup; however, no collection has occurred. There is now trash outside my home blowing throughout the street, and there is also an overflowing dumpster at the top of the street near the apartment buildings that remains fully exposed. The amount of trash accumulating is creating an unsanitary and unacceptable condition for residents. In addition, there is an ongoing rat problem on the street that does not appear to be adequately addressed. The accumulation of trash and overflowing dumpsters is only making the rodent issue worse and creating a public health concern for the neighborhood. Please have a crew dispatched as soon as possible to collect the missed trash, address the overflowing dumpster situation, and investigate the ongoing rodent activity. Thank you.

I am reporting a stolen package. The package was marked as delivered on April 7th at 12:48 by DHL. The delivery required a signature, however I did not sign for the package and no one else in my family or building signed on my behalf. The delivery record incorrectly states that I signed for and received the package. After receiving the delivery notification, I checked my steps and surrounding area, but the package was not there. I also checked with family and neighbors, and no one received or moved the package. Based on the delivery information, it appears the package was either taken shortly after being left at my home or was not properly secured during delivery. The package contained shoes from Onitsuka Tiger which cost around $200. I have reached out to the shipper and merchant and neither are providing any assistance or initiating a refund. I've been trying to contact them for over a month now.
