When street sign was replaced during sidewalk ADA corner upgrades two weeks ago, it was not set to original height, but 15” higher, so signage is up in tree branches & partly blocked. The ugly anchor section now above sidewalk level.

This abandoned bicycle is reportedly part of another incident number. Specifically101006624133. However, when I research that number in the app, it doesn't exist. My assumption is this still needs to be taken care of
