Tree within City right of way at 198 Park Street is overgrown, intertwined with power lines above and impeding pedestrian travel on sidewalk and vehicle access to my driveway. When the snow arrives the branches will hang several feet lower. Also, roots of this tree have raised abutting sidewalk creating a hazard for baby strollers and children’s’ bikes. I have seen trips/ falls due to this ridge on a few occasions over past year. See attached photos.
