    Unfinished work on Everett Street across from entrance to Brighton Mills lot left behind large metal plates that cause dangerous, rattling vibrations and loud, jarring noise every time a vehicle passes over. Residential disruption is significant, with noise persisting at all hours of day and night. Street work commenced Saturday 9 May without notice to residents—working party has not returned. Respectfully request inspection of metal plate work and urgent return of team to complete project. Please take notice of noise created by vehicle impact with metal plate cover. Adjacent homes are facing noise disturbance daily beginning at 0700 from major construction development, additional noise throughout night is hazardous to wellbeing of residents.

    Noted. A citation was issued at this location for the approximate 1cubic yard of trash and construction debris as well as loose trash in the driveway and noted that all the trash needed to be removed immediately or needed to be placed in a container / dumpster to avoid any further citations!
