Giant hole opened up

Both water bags for the tree at 26 Willoughby Street have been shredded to pieces at the bottom; neither bag will hold any water. New water bags for this young tree, please! Also, not sure if the ropes are still needed. (The tree is young but not brand-new.)

Two parked cars are blocking a bus stop on West Seventh Street and F Street.

Rodent activity has skyrocketed around 314 & 316 E Street since spring, mainly behind the building in the back patios and alley. This was not previously a problem and has gotten worse since the new bagel place opened on the corner of W Broadway and E Street. Multiple dead rats, burrows with piles of dirt, and we hear them at night. In previous years this was never an issue. Coincided with the bagel place opening.
