    Loud neighbors banging and screaming, shaking the walls, running on the stairs hundreds of times in the past few hours so loud since 6 am and its been happening for 6 hours. This is not an emergency and I’m not calling 911 for this, the police station insists I need to call 911 for noise complaints like just send the police! Its not life or death but I’m going to snap if I can’t sleep soon, its so loud. Just rude neighbors not a party. Its really scaring my cats and giving me anxiety its kept me awake all night and morning.

    Due to the construction happening at 175 N. Harvard, there are the fences and concrete barriers up. The problem is that this blocks the line of sight between the bike lane and the cars coming off I've Lane. I have had many close calls on my bike because the cars can't see me until I am right in front of them. Is it possible to install a mirror or some other fix until the construction is finished?
