The speed bumps on Northdale need more obvious warning markings. I have never seen such small markings on any speed bumps in our city or any other town or city. The markings are so small that they are difficult to see on certain conditions (see photo). I don’t understand how there isn’t consistency across the city as to how speed bumps are marked.

Traffic light on intersection of Albany St and East Concord St is not working. There are also lamp posts that are not functional.

Fence is falling over after storm

Ceiling leak reported to emergency maintenance but received no response all day. Called 311 and a report was made to inspectional services. Ceiling still leaking and still no response from maintenance.

There is an abandoned moped/gas scooter. The alarm has been going off since Friday night. No one has come to check on it to turn off the alarm. The alarm is disturbing myself and other residents. The entrence to access the scooter is located between 165 Hamilton St and The Eastern Workers building. The scooter is resting on the fence of 165 Hamilton St.

Large white box truck parked in residential area overnight

Curb in loading zone parking in front of Icon is so high that the door on my SUV scrapes it. A standard passenger car probably wouldn’t be able to get the door open at all.
