Our recycling bins have gone missing/been stolen. Our landlord told us to contact 311 since our building has three units and he said that the city could provide us with new bins.

For the second week in a row my recycling has not been picked up. I’ve lived here for over 15 years and never had this problem.

Dangerous crosswalk and intersection. Pedestrians cannot be seen entering crosswalk due to 8ft tall snow banks. I saw a pedestrian nearly hit by car. At intersection Clarendon and Appleton

Large machinery blocking clear view of oncoming traffic. This is a safety hazard for all cars exiting Tupelo Street entering Quincy as there is no clear sight of traffic coming up Quincy Street. Multiple accidents have almost occurred and multiple complaints have been made.
