New residential dumpster behind 143 Massachusetts Avenue is not being picked up regularly

I have been waiting for over five years for this issue to be properly addressed and resolved. Unfortunately, the wrong tree was removed and replaced with a dead tree, while the tree that was supposed to be removed continues to cause significant damage to my property. The roots from the tree that was never removed continue to damage my lawn, sidewalk, and driveway. The roots have also lifted the entrance to my driveway by nearly five inches, which is now causing damage to the undercarriage of my vehicles. Additionally, the asphalt repair was supposed to be temporary and was to be replaced with concrete. That has still not been done. As a result, pieces of asphalt continue to break apart and become lodged in my lawn mower and snow blower. I am respectfully requesting that this matter finally be addressed and properly resolved. After more than five years of waiting, I believe it is reasonable to expect that the original issues be corrected and the damage to my property be repaired.
