Needle pick up near stoop. I witnessed the Boston Public Services sweeper sweep a needle from the middle of the sidewalk (yellow circle) to the stoop (red circle). I asked “are you not allowed to pick them up?” (I completely understand if not allowed to) He said “no”. I then said “I’d rather you not touch it at all or sweep it away from the stoop”. Not sure what his thought process was.

Stop signs not visible or clearly ignored from traffic coming from north Washington direction towards canal. Have been almost t boned by cars just not stopping every morning

Gate is loosely secured at child height. Not safe.

Missing online request for missed trash pickup. Area to submit requests is noting due to the holiday Friday trash may be delayed a day for some neighborhoods and to check schedule. There is/was no holiday. Sanitation truck drove past this morning and missed picking up the trash bag at the tree in between 267 - 269 Shawmut Ave Boston 02118. I submitted a 311 complaint for overgrown weeds at 7 Payson Avenue a few weeks ago and the case has been closed, with ticket issued. However, no action has been taken to resolve the problem.

mattress and green space between KFC and 7-Eleven

There is a house that has been storing a pile of various large construction and housing debris, including mattresses, sharp objects, and building materials, for many months. This is an eyesore for the neighborhood and very unsafe.
