4 Trash bins broken, attracting rodent activity. I understand the city does not provide new trash bin, could you arrange the trash collection team take the broken trash bins on Thursday collection day?

Dead tree branches falling on busses and possibly people walking on the sidewalk. There are 2 trees that look dead at the bottom half and need pruning or to be cut down all together. It's on MBTA property near the commuter rail and across the street from the Lyndon School.
