    We live on W 5th St in South Boston - there has been ongoing construction on our road and the result has been a rise in rat sightings because of all of the litter and debris /digging on the streets.     A construction vehicle is continuously left on Columbia Road. I know this doesn’t occur in other neighborhoods, but just because this is a lower income neighborhood doesn’t make it acceptable. This construction is going on for an entire month and leaving the vehicle overnight continuously is just not acceptable. This is a neighborhood where people work various shifts and do not come home to a driveway so having a construction truck take up previous parking spaces is completely unacceptable.
