Needle in garden by chain link fence by dog park

This park needs to be cleaned and monitored. Preschool children use it. Every day we have to clean it from dog poop, needles, grimy stuff. The slide had sh*t smeared on it, the cords are being stripped away causing exposed wires. Dogs and methadonians in the park not cleaning up. Danger to Children !!!

There was construction of a next building next door and there has been no extermination services or anything since then, the rats have gotten out of control. States as soon as the sun goes down there are rats running everywhere, that is the best time to se them. States it has gotten so bad the rats are getting into first floor apartments. States it has been reported to property management several times but nothing has been done. Requesting inspection and speak with management]
