Location: Harambee Park (area near Wales St, Boston, MA 02124). Date and Time: Friday, September 25, 2026, at approximately 10:00 AM. Incident Details: A man lifted a dog to face height and intentionally dropped it to the ground from that height twice. Description: Individual: Black male, tall and thin. He was wearing a brown matching outfit with a hoodie. Pet: Brown and white dog (light brown). Note on Report Timing: This incident was not reported immediately because the individual and the witness were the only people in the park, and the man looked directly at her face. The witness immediately left the area for personal safety reasons.

Branches from tree damaged wires going into home. The wires go through the tree limbs, and the storm caused branches to break off. Now the wire hangs 5ft above street level
