Illegal Parking in the Bike Lane at 9:25am.

Hole in Sidewalk I would like to report a hole in the sidewalk directly in front of my home. While the visible opening is currently small, it appears that the damage underneath the concrete may be much larger and could potentially lead to sinking or collapse. This creates a serious safety concern and could result in someone getting injured, including myself, my family, pedestrians, or neighbors walking through the area. I am requesting that someone please come inspect the sidewalk as soon as possible to determine the extent of the damage and what repairs may be needed. Thank you for your attention to this matter. 603-605 East 3rd Street unsecured trash in ally. This house is notorious for just throwing out trash in trash bags, not securing it in barrels and causing a rat problem for their neighbors. There is visible rat fesses piling up in ally way and onto sidewalk.

Trash scattered around dumpster and parking municipal parking lot 12. Continues to be an ugly sight, apparently the store that uses those dumpsters, don't care
