27 H 29 Massachusetts Ave, Boston, Ma, 02215Public alley 908 (off Mass Ave) is overrun with rats. Garbage cans seem well maintained but nonetheless rats are everywhere, literally everywhere. The problem is significantly worse at night, creating major issues entering and exiting vehicles with authorized parking spots in the alley. There needs to be a proper, systematic intervention ASAP before the situation escalates into an even more serious health hazard.
