Constituent reports multiple illegal actions being taken by their landlord at 14 Dudley Ter, Dorchester. Constituent states that their landlord never has a clearly set date that she wants rent to be paid, and only takes cash. Constituent also states that there are more people living there than allowed, with children living there when they shouldn’t be, as well as people living in the basement. Constituent states that the rooms of the address are all different sizes but the landlord charges the same rent for everyone living in the building. Constituent also states that the landlord never fixes anything that breaks. Along with this, the constituent states that they had been locked out of the bedroom they pay rent for, since the landlord placed a lock of her own on the door and refuses to remove it until the constituent moves out.
