I live at 268 Humboldt Ave, Dorchester. My home is on the corner of Humboldt and Brookledge St. My driveway, located on Brookledge St. is being blocked by a SUV parked on the street. This makes it impossible for me to exit my driveway.

There is a high pitch noise in the street. When I went to investigate, I saw that this piece of the wires between the poles was detached. I don’t know if the two are connected, but with only one half holding this element to the wires, I am concerned for it falling. There are children who live and play right there.
