Someone dumped a mattress on the sidewalk in front of our house. It is not ours. I scheduled a mattress pickup for Friday but I will not move the illegally dumped mattress ..

A person park the car and block our way and the same person did the same thing before 2 days ago. I do the complaints before 2 days ago to 311 application. But no one can come and check. Same thing today I do the complaint but no one can come and check. At 9:11 pm I do the call and they told me that they send someone to put ticket but last from one hour no one can come and check. After 1 hour I do the call again to 311 but no any help from 311. When I park may car if someone block our way? And no one help me for this. I call and I do the complaints on application but I did not get any help.
