The Alger Street sign on the corner of Dorchester Ave/Alger Street has become loose and needs to be resecured. It is currently dangling and could fall on a pedestrian walking by

Rubbish is placed out in unsuitable container | Details: [Paper and plastic trash placed out not during trash day, no barrels at the building and wouldn't have any place to put them either. Per instructions of the code inspector - we are reporting each day this continues. Improper trash storage in back of building. Trash not in bins. This building is a serial offender and is attracting rodents. They need to buy more or larger trash bins

The city removed our old tree today (sad, but necessary)…when will the tree be replaced? We are eager to care for it this summer! 🌳
