    The city did not notify residents that this work was going to take place. My entrance has been blocked off, which creates a serious safety concern in the event of an ambulance or other emergency needing access. In addition, the one-way sign was removed, causing vehicles to drive the wrong direction toward oncoming traffic. This is creating a dangerous situation for residents and drivers in the area.
