Hey Boston 311! I have been posting about covering up an old tree pit with brick since it’s at a city crosswalk for two months now. Not sure which tab to post under do over the months I’ve tried a few. No department has been nice enough to answer or forward to the right city department. A resident of Boston should not have to go through this just to get a simple answer. Thank you for responding and for covering this eyesore with brick again.
